- Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge , traveling south on Interstate 87 (NYS Thruway) towards New York City .
- Interstate 87 South becomes the Deegan Expressway South (I-87 S).
- Exit at #7 ( G. W. Bridge and the Cross Bronx Expressway), merge onto the Cross Bronx Expressway / I-95 North / US-1 North

Exit at Jerome Ave. (exit number 2A), turn left at the end of the exit ramp and proceed under the subway and go for 0.1 mile to the first traffic light.
- Turn left at the traffic light towards Featherbed Lane (uphill street) and proceed to the end of the street.
- Turn right onto Macombs Road and travel for 0.4 miles.
- The office building, Macombs Professional, is located on your left.
